Spring Cleaning & Inclusive Employment at NW Works’ AbilityOne Sites

Spring has officially arrived and our government team welcomed it with some serious tidying up. From power washing to vacuuming, employees across our government contract sites rolled up their sleeves to refresh the spaces they maintain with pride.

These sites operate under the AbilityOne Program, a federal initiative that creates meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Through AbilityOne, NW Works supports employees in earning competitive wages, building skills, and thriving in inclusive work environments across five government contract locations.

At NW Works, we believe that employment is empowerment. Our partnership through the AbilityOne program allows us to expand access to stable, community-based jobs which help individuals grow professionally while contributing essential services to federal agencies.

If you’re passionate about meaningful work and looking for inclusive employment, we’re currently hiring for two government positions:

  • Groundskeeper – Beltsville, MD

  • Custodial Worker – Beltsville, MD
