Happy Autism Acceptance Month! At NW Works, we support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities, including autism. This year, the theme provided by the Autism Society of America for Autism Acceptance Month is Celebrate Differences. At NW Works, we celebrate differences by considering each individuals' goals and individualized plan. We're fostering acceptance, highlighting strengths, and advocating for the inclusion of those we serve.

Every day, we see individuals on the autism spectrum breaking barriers, developing skills, and thriving in meaningful employment. We encourage you to join us in supporting individuals with autism through understanding, inclusion and acceptance, not just in April but every day.
