Meet Troy Hollon, Compliance Manager
Troy Hollon joined NW Works in December 2023 as Compliance Coordinator and was promoted to Compliance Manager in July 2026.
Prior to joining NW Works, Troy spent much of his professional career serving others in both military and human services roles. He began his career in the United States Navy, where he served as an Electronics Technician in the Submarine Force and later as a Force Protection Liaison following the events of September 11, 2001. After retiring from the Navy in 2006, Troy worked as a gym manager and personal trainer before transitioning to the personal services field full-time in 2008.
Over the years, Troy has held a variety of leadership positions within the community, including Day Program Coordinator, Assistant Manager, and Group Home Manager. His experience across residential, day support, and compliance functions provides a strong foundation for his work supporting quality services, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement at NW Works.
When he's not working, Troy enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, and finding practical ways to improve both organizational processes and the lives of the people supported by NW Works.
