Todd brings a strong background in financial leadership and a deep passion for supporting individuals with disabilities. He has previously held roles in finance and accounting and has served as Chief Financial Officer for a residential and independent living services provider in Minnesota for the past decade. In 2019, he and his family relocated to Virginia when his wife, Dawn, accepted the position of Director at the Discovery Museum. 

Todd and Dawn have two adult children: Madison, their daughter, is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine residing in Prince Edward Island, Canada, and recently became engaged. Their son, Jonah, is employed by AMC Theatres and actively participates in programs at NW Works.
