Morgan Towle is NW Works’ Communications Coordinator.  Prior to joining NW Works in July of 2023, Morgan was a student at Millersville University in Pennsylvania where she graduated with a bachelors in Communication Studies.

While at Millersville University, Morgan developed a passion for serving others through her work as a volunteer puppy raiser for Susquehanna Service Dogs and as a Resident Assistant (RA) for her university. Morgan supported students in the Integrated Studies Program for individuals with disabilities, and worked as their success coach and RA.

Now, Morgan takes pride in telling the stories of the individuals served by NW Works and highlighting their successes to further NW Works’ mission.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her fiancée Matt and their two pets, Maple and Bo, walking through downtown Winchester, and gardening.
