Jenni Martin, RN, CHPN, is the Community Affairs Officer for Blue Ridge Care, where she works to strengthen community partnerships, advocate for vulnerable populations, and expand awareness of services that support individuals and families facing serious illness.

Jenni has spent more than two decades with BRC and has served in a wide range of clinical, leadership, and community roles. She began as a hospice volunteer and later served as a case manager providing direct patient care in rural and underserved communities. Over the years she also worked as a hospital and community-based nurse liaison, assessment nurse, clinical manager, and manager of clinical marketing. She later advanced to Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Clinical Officer, and Executive Director.

In her current role, Jenni focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers, civic organizations, and community partners throughout the Shenandoah Valley. Her work centers on fostering collaboration, increasing awareness of Blue Ridge Care services, and supporting initiatives that improve access to care and resources for individuals and families.
