Annette (Anne) joined NW Works in August 2021, bringing with her over a decade of well-rounded experience in human resources. Prior to joining NW Works, she served as an HR Lead and HR Generalist for various government contractors in the IT and construction industries, supporting diverse employee populations and contributing to organizational growth.

 Originally from the Philippines, Anne holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Stratford University and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Marymount University. She also earned an HR Management Certification from George Mason University. Anne is an active member of both the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the local Winchester Area SHRM Chapter, where she served on the Board of Directors in 2022.
