Morgan Towle

Meet Morgan! Morgan Towle is the newest addition to the NW Works team and serves as the Communications Coordinator. Morgan will be curating content on our various social media channels, liaising with community members to form engaging relationships, and executing internal and external communications.

Prior to joining NW Works, Morgan was a full-time college student at Millersville University in Pennsylvania. Her passion for serving on a mission-based level stems from her work with Susquehanna Service Dogs as a volunteer puppy raiser. Currently, Morgan’s service dog in training, Mesa, is in Advanced Training and awaiting a placement with a veteran or disabled individual. Morgan was incredibly involved in college with her interests ranging from Campus Ministry where she served as her organization’s President, all the way to Resident Assistant. One of her recent achievements includes being named RA of the Year during her senior year awards ceremony.

As a recent college graduate, Morgan is working out her professional interests and goals, but she made it clear she has high aspirations in making NW Works a household name. Morgan states, “I would love to see NW Works expand and grow to such a level that when folks hear employment services their mind jumps straight to us for their needs. In my first few days at NWW I gathered the importance individualized opportunities and choices hold to staff and clients alike, and I want the public to view us through that lens as well. I am stoked to see what ideas I’m able to bring to life, both externally and internally!”

In her free time Morgan can be found caring for her plants, taking walks, spending time with family & friends, or watching Special Agent Gibbs solve crimes on NCIS. We are excited to welcome Morgan onboard and are looking forward to seeing her ideas take shape!
