The goal of Job Placement is to provide the opportunity for community employment to all clients who so desire. This is accomplished through Situational Assessments and Job Development. Situational Assessments are to determine the interests, abilities, stamina, and type of working environment the client is best suited for, and what supports are needed to make the person successful at their job. Once the assessments are completed, the client then receives job development services which include assistance with filling out employment applications, resume development, building and enhancing interview skills, and someone to accompany a client to an interview.
