It is the mission of NW Works "To Enable Adults With Disabilities To Select, Secure, and Sustain Valued Employment and Training". NW Works, Inc. is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization founded to provide vocational training and employment opportunities for adults with disabilities living in the city of Winchester, Virginia and the surrounding areas.
